それぞれの素材には、それぞれの特性があり、上手く組み合わさった時に眼鏡の性能を最大限に引き出すことが可能です。
Based on our many years of experience, we select materials that make the most of the design and functionality of the frames.
Each material has its own properties. When they are well combined, they can maximize the performance of the glasses.
ゴムメタル
Gummetal
主にテンプル部分に使う素材「GUMMETAL」は、名前の通りゴムのようなしなやかさを持つ不思議な金属。
眼鏡をかけることによる頭部の締め付けを軽減させ、包み込むような装用感を実現します。
Gummetal, the material mainly used for the temples, is a mysterious metal with rubber-like flexibility as the name suggests.
It reduces the pressure applied to the sides of the head from wearing eyeglasses, giving the wearer a comfortable snug fit.

Parts
フレームに使われるネジ一本にも妥協を許さず、ユーザーが毎日使用しても安心できる部品を選定しています。
ネジの緩みなどが発生する場合は、ネジ部分に樹脂加工を施し、摩擦係数をあげた別注ネジをオーダーすることも。
We do not compromise on any single screw used in our frames, and select parts that users can trust for everyday use.
If a screw loosens, we can order a custom-made screw with a higher coefficient of friction by applying resin treatment to the screw part.
